Visual positioning laser marking principle:
The technology uses the principle of visual positioning, first make the template for the product, saves it as a standard template, takes photos of the product during processing, and compares the position of the product by the computer, and then can accurately process the product after adjustment.
The shape of the processed product can be recognized by circular, square and irregular shapes. This process is especially suitable for small products, which can eliminate the processing of fixed, horizontal trays and fixed fixtures, which greatly saves the laser marking processing cycle.
