2D Industrial Galvo Scanner

Structure 

The galvanometer mainly consists of X-axis and Y-axis scanning lenses, motors, drive boards, wiring harnesses, brackets, field mirrors, and marking software, etc.

 

Operational Principle 

A laser beam is incident onto two mirrors, and a ± 5V voltage signal is provided by the board or a digital signal through the XY2-100 protocol. The two motors are controlled to drive the mirrors to deflect, thereby achieving laser deflection. The laser is focused by the field mirror to complete marking.

Operational principle

The 3D dynamic focusing galvanometer is based on the 2D galvanometer and adds a Z-axis system. By dynamically collimating, expanding, and modulating the output beam of the laser, the beam is precisely focused on three-dimensional coordinate points under the coordinated control of the XY galvanometer and Z-axis system, meeting the processing requirements of large format and long focal depth.
