Hand-held Galvo Scanner

The hand-held galvanometer is a portable laser beam high-speed scanning control system that integrates an XY galvanometer motor, a reflecting lens, a collimation/focusing optical component, and handle. It is the core component of the handheld galvanometer. The laser is introduced into the gun body through the optical fiber. By using the built-in oscillating mirror to rapidly deflect the light path, it is possible to achieve swing welding, pattern marking, spot welding scanning, etc., without moving the workpiece or the laser.

The structure composition of the handheld galvanometer includes: the holding handle contains the laser control switch; the optical path module includes the fiber QBH interface, the collimating mirror, the X/Y galvanometer reflector mirror, and the F-theta lens; the driving module includes: the galvanometer motor & built-in small driver board; the auxiliary components include water cooling / air cooling heat dissipation, protection gas interface (welding version), etc.
