Visual Positioning System
This visual system provides an overall solution based on the standard marking system, which realizes a multi-item identification and high-precision positioning. At present, the positioning accuracy of the system can reach up to 0.1mm, and for different formats the accuracy is different, and the working range can reach 300*300mm. The system communicates with the standard marking software through the serial port, which has the characteristics of easy operation, high recognition precision and high speed.
Hardware Installation

2. Marking Machine Status
3. Install the galvanometer connecting tube and galvanometer
4. Install the mirror bracket and reflector
5. Install the camera bracket, place the light source above the marking surface, debug the camera height and focal length, and test the system.
6. Install the external protective cover, which can be glued together
