1. In the case of ensuring complete power failure, unpack the power cord connector of the marking head. If some models do not have this connector, then you can ignore it.
2. Remove the F-theta lens，protect and cover it. During the operation, no objects such as fingers can collide with the F-theta lens, especially the mirror.
3. Use hardware tools, generally the inner angle wrench, unscrew the marking head, be careful, in case the removed outer shell plate is connected to the scanner driving board to prevent pulling force.
4. Unplug all connections, power supply lines, signal lines, and wires from the motor to the drive board.
5. Remove the drive board, and put it in the package, then remove the Y motor, and the X motor, and pay attention to the package.
The steps to install the galvo scanner are as follows:
1. Firstly, it is better to install Y motor and X motor and ensure that they cannot collide at any angle.
2. Install two drive boards.
3. After all the wires are connected, the angle and depth of the galvanometer motor are tested and adjusted to ensure that the final laser output center is the center of the F-theta lens.
4. Clean up the wiring, arrange the length of the wire, etc., and mark all the caps on the box.
5. Connect the external connection and restart it. At this point, the laser scanner installation is complete.
