Analog galvanometer scanner is the driver board which receive analog signal. For example, the commonly used analog galvanometer signal is a signal with a DC voltage of -5 volts to +5 volts, corresponding to a motor swing angle of -20 degrees to +20 degrees.The analog galvanometer signal is required to be shielded during transmission. Because the analog signal is like a sine wave, it is easy to propagate to the outside, which is easy to weaken, and is also susceptible to external strong electric fields, magnetic fields, radio frequency, photoelectrons and other energy.The result is: the motor will whistle, it will be finely shaken;the motor will heat up, which will cause the motor to burn out;the marking will appear wavy, the motor will run out of control and so on.

 

However, taller to the requirement of laser marking machine speed better today, galvanometer signal anti-jamming capability and more demanding, so now occurs with digital vibrating mirror, what is a digital galvanometer?

 

Digitalgalvanometer scanner is the way that the driver board receives digital signal.Generally, it is 8-wire system (8Bit), which has a strong anti-interference ability in the transmission process.As we all know, to the galvanometer drive card signal is marking card, and marking card to the galvanometer drive card are generally have a long distance, in general is 2 meters. If the transmission distance of 2 meters is analog signal, the possibility of interference is much higher, and even a little interference of high-speed motor will be fatal to the accuracy and speed. But then again, the so-called digital galvanometer scanner, just on the galvanometer drive card control improved. The DA card (digital to analog) originally on the control card of the marking card is integrated into the galvanometer driver card.In other words, the signal is transmitted in the form of digital signal within the distance from the marking card to galvanometer driving card.The advantage of this is that the transmission distance can be further, the anti-interference ability can be strengthened and the control accuracy can be more accurate!
