JHC-355-5WA is a 5W solid-state ultraviolet laser independently designed and developed by Sino Galvo. Its beam quality M² is less than 1.2, enabling the beam to be focused to obtain extremely small light spots, achieving micron-level precision processing. It is suitable for micro characters, QR codes, micro holes, and fine contour engraving and marking, with sharp edges without burrs.
Compatible with plastic, glass, ceramic, film, PCB and metal surface marking, suitable for thermal-sensitive, brittle and high-precision micro-processing scenarios

Adopting LD‑pumped all‑solid‑state frequency‑doubling technology, the Sino Galvo solid‑state UV laser emits ultraviolet‑band laser beams. Featuring photochemical cold processing as its core characteristic, it delivers an extremely small heat‑affected zone with clean processing edges free of carbonization and deformation. Boasting superior beam quality and a tiny focused spot, it enables micron‑level fine processing. It supports marking on plastics, glass, ceramics, thin‑film materials, PCBs and metal surfaces, and is ideal for heat‑sensitive, brittle and high‑precision micro‑processing applications. With a compact overall structure, it facilitates production‑line integration, requires no gas consumables and ensures stable operation. It is not suitable for deep ablation on metals.
