3. galvanometer motor' Working principle and application
Working principle of the galvanometer is: input a position signal, the swing motor (laser galvanometer) will swing at a certain angle according to the conversion ratio of a certain voltage and angle. The entire process adopts closed-loop feedback control, which is composed of five major control circuits including position sensor, error amplifier, power amplifier, position distinguisher, and current integrator.
Therefore, galvanometer motors are widely used in vehicle-mounted lidar, medical cosmetology, OCT detection, industrial marking and welding cleaning, 3D printing , etc.
