there is no problem for galvanometric scanning system, using new transition card is sitll of no use, galvanometer and optical bench are fully insulated. Data cable for D/A card and galvanometer is also no problem, but the output of set lines are all wave lines.
Analysis:
phenomenon of wave lines appeared more frequently before, but common cause was about interference of signals. The main factors interfering signals are laser power supply and acoustooptic driver. You can try to scan with indicator light rather than laser power driver, and check if the lines scanned are wave lines or not. After confirming no signal interference, firstly start laser power and check if there are waves.Afterwards, gradually crank up the laser power and observe the scanned lines. At last start the acoustooptical driver for observation, and basically you can determine where the interference appears for the poblem about waves.
