MC1603-A equipped with a computer vision positioning module, this module has the functions of accurate alignment marking, lens correction, image overlap, etc., convenient for users to use the camera to obtain images to improve the marking accuracy and overall efficiency.
This model has the good running stability, high positioning accuracy, fast marking speed, strong anti-interference ability, the overall performance of MC1603 has reached the international leading level in this field. The advantages are as following:
■ Built-in 13 million pixel camera, positioning accuracy error is only 0.1mm.
■ Equipped with visual positioning module, which can automatically search the target and calculate the carving position.
■With the function of screening, non-conforming workpieces can be automatically removed during processing.
■ Different symbols, figures, etc. can be marked for different shapes of workpieces
