SG8330-G galvanometer adopts all-aluminum integrated design with high sealing grade and strong adaptability to environment. At the same time, the water cooling circulation system is adopted to effectively control the working temperature of the galvanometer and ensure the whole machine to run continuously for a long time without failure. The specific characteristics are as follows:
■ The differential photoelectric sensor precisely detects the position of the motor rotor, with good linearity, low drift, high resolution and repeatable positioning accuracy.
■ For a 30mm lens, an accurate load design is carried out. The motor assembly has high precision, a reasonable structure, a small static friction coefficient and zero position offset, ensuring the best dynamic characteristics of the system.
■ A water-cooling structure is adopted to effectively control the working temperature of the mirror.
■ The driver has a function of leading-edge detection of position and speed, significantly improving the dynamic response performance and scanning speed of the entire system.
■ Overload, overcurrent and reverse connection protection are designed, making the system operation more reliable.
■ The entire system adopts an electromagnetic compatibility optimization design, with high signal-to-noise ratio and strong anti-interference ability.
■ It solves common problems such as temperature drift of the mirror motor, signal interference and zero position drift.
