Why the laser laser output power is weak when the new equipment is not used for a long time:
(1) whether the laser output power measured at the factory has reached the technical index;
(2) whether the accuracy of cavity adjustment meets the requirements;
(3) Whether the full-reflection film has light leakage;
(4) Whether the sound-light switch insertion loss is within the specified range.
The laser output power is normal, but the laser beam cannot play the marking role:
(1) optical path system adjustment is accurate;
(2) whether the sound-light switch can play a switching role;
(3) D/A card controls whether the sound and light output signal reaches 5V.
