Laser controller is the central processing part of laser marking machine, it converts the software instructions, marking content into galvanometer, laser source and auxiliary equipment understandable language, execute marking. Data inputs also collected and calculated by the laser controller then instruct the laser machine to act accordingly, this allows laser to interact with other machines, parts in industry automatic flow line.
Offline Laser Marking Control Board & Software
Each control method is providing service for laser device of the laser marking machine. In industrial control, each laser device needs to be configured with a computer to control the control board to make the laser device working normally, and each control board must rely on the computer to work, which brings certain difficulties to its entering the civil area.
It is completely out of the control of the computer, and only needs to store the generated data in advance into the control board. Low power consumption, low noise, small size and more convenient to carry, and easy to operate via touch screen
