Product Advantages
F-Theta Scan Lens is widely applied for taking advantage of galvanometer scanning. Nd: YAG, Green ray and U-YAG scan system. It is widely used in drilling and marking area.
The image height of the F-theta scanning lens is equal to the focal length multiplied by the scanning angle (y = Fθ), which is different from the ordinary lens Y = Ftan θ. It is specially designed so that the incident angle of the beam and the position of the spot on the image surface satisfy a linear relationship. Thereby, the position of the spot on the image plane can be controlled by controlling the scanning angle of the incident beam to form a linear scanning rate, and finally the laser beam can form a uniform-sized focused spot in the entire marking plane.
